Good morning! Today’s title could be a musical collaboration between two artists, but this is not the case 🙂 From time to time the real estate company Fantastic Frank, invites prestigious interior designers to ‘dress’ one of their apartments. This one was designed in November 2013 by Lilja Löwenhielm Design.
What we see in this apartment is about black furniture, white accessories and many geometric carpets and textiles. The seriousness and sobriety of the dark furniture is offset by touches of pastel seats, textiles, which clearly gives the contrast. Far from looking like an ornated room, the combination is pretty accurate.
White spaces, walls and light wooden floors combined with large windows. The unique touch of the latest creations of the designer, makes every corner a special place. I love the fact she manages to give a different atmosphere to each one, adding a painting or a sculpture or a mini illustration to her furnitures.
Withe kitchen and bathroom. As you see above, custom drawer cabinet and some vegetation, are the ornaments inside the bathroom. I like the effect of placing the tiles as a brick wall. But… note this, only in this case, and only because it’s Scandinavian deco, displaying a very white and refined style, I think is fine.

I would love to buy it up to me, I could not say no to this cozy apartment … We find nordic home staging, a good business strategy, because small investments can encourage the sale of outdated homes, giving them a more attractive image.
